The third episode of The Last Resort began in the morning, as the couples shuffled in for their first meal of the day. Unlikely cliques formed between Ariella and Stacey, as Sophie and Julia seemed to become partners in crime. Bini arrived, turning their brunch spot into a circus, as he was flipping more than just flapjacks. He let each cast member have a turn getting “flipped” in the air, including Gino (And unfortunately his hat, which went flying off, revealing his skunk-patch of hair in the back). Ariella looked on with disgust, since the only thing Bini would offer to flip her is “the bird”. Julia suggested that the whole crew take a trip out to a club, which seems like a wise choice for an explosive group of people who need therapy.
The couples all got ready for their big nights out. Mr. & Mrs. “The Knob” seemed to be on better terms as Rob patiently listened to Sophie complain about Natalie and her crazy-eyes, which had Soph in the crosshairs since her arrival. Stacey and Slow-Flo got into the cab, all dressed up with their “new money teeth” blinding the driver. Julia fell into the van wearing the hotel bathrobe, since her club attire provided no protection from the elements. They all chatted excitedly as they arrived at the bar (aptly named “Bad Bitch”) where they immediately got down with their Bad B*tch selves. Julia went crazy dancing with Bini-yum, while Josh broke the news to Natalie that he would have to skip town for a few days for a family situation. Brandan quietly stood at the bar, sipping on his drink, until he saw Julia doing her best “Badda Bing” dancer impression on the bar top, promptly yanking her down. The two argued over their inability to get on the same page, as Julia wanted to “drop it like its hot”, while Brandan seemed to want to “Netflix and chill”.
Jasmine stopped dancing with Bini when she noticed Ariella had stormed off in a jealous rage. They went on a recon mission to the women’s restroom where Bini tried to use a credit card to jimmy the stall lock, all the while yelling out potential passwords for his social media. Jasmine felt Ari was being childish for having a temper tantrum, which she was a bit of an expert in. Back at the bar, Sophie waddled over to say hello to “Jush” while wearing her half-naked sexy mummy dress. Natalie looked on as the two flirted, her crazy energy bubbling and fizzing until it reached her frizz on top. She confronted Josh about inviting Sophie to Vegas weeks before, which turned into a back and forth exchange, ending with Natalie calling Sophie her favorite insult she had learned from her ex mother-in-law-”: A “Hoo-ker”. Josh tried to clarify his Las Vegas invite for Sophie, claiming it was merely a friendly invitation since she had never been.
The production crew finally was able to extract Ari from the bathroom, and she was comforted outside of the bar by none other than Jush (It was unclear if she was invited to Vegas). She eventually worked up the nerve to go inside and ask Bini to have a serious conversation about trying to work on a relationship. Bini quietly agreed in a roundabout way, but only if he got the passwords to his “Shoshul Meddiuh” accounts. Ari agreed for the sake of their loss-cause of a marriage, but still did not get flipped. The episode ended with a showdown between Jasmine and Natalie, whose crazy levels seemed to be a perfect match. It seemed like the two may have been headed towards a hair-pulling street fight, when they were stopped by the rest of the crew. Natalie’s crazy eyes beamed, as previews for next week show her somehow taking things up a notch.
