Nicolle & Daonte:
Nicolle helped Daonte prepare dinner for the big meeting of Mama Daonte. She offered to make a salad, which was the most thoughtful thing she’s done this season. Chef BoyarDee-aonte was busy in the kitchen, so Nicolle snuck out to call her ex/current girlfriend Tia. While on the phone in Daonte’s room, she managed to find “Nicolle Jr” tucked away in the infamous pillowcase, and expressed her disgust within earshot of her boyfriend.
Daonte stormed in, demanding Nicolle give back all of the things he had purchased, as it was obvious that she was just using him. She somehow sweet talked him off the ledge, and got him to jump right back in head first to their relationship
Daonte’s mother showed up for dinner, already skeptical of her son’s new inmate, claiming he always goes for the “white, blond stripper type”. She could see right through Nicolle (as well as her own thick eyeliner).
After a successful family dinner, Daonte drove Nicolle home, but was surprised when she wouldn’t let him walk her to the front door. He parked down the block to watch her, as he got a weird feeling that she was up to something. Sure enough, he caught Nicolle Sr getting in a car with someone else! Looks like Nicolle Jr is about to have a lot of aggression taken out on her.
Lisa & Stanley Manley:
At the restaurant, Stanley expressed his desire to go home and cuddle/make love, which was an offer that Lisa couldn’t seem to resist. She gathered her purse, which was actually a garbage bag as she headed out (the white tall kitchen garbage bag seemed to be more of a daytime look…she should have used a black hefty instead to match her little black dress.)
On the car ride home to Stan’s dungeon, Lisa started her list of demands, should she agree to wearing the straightjacket. She wanted Stanley to come through on his promise to buy her a car, which is against the rules of her probation. Turned off by her demanding nature, Stanley forgot to pay attention to the speed limit and wound up getting pulled over by the police. Lisa was terrified, as she had never been stopped by a police officer and not ended up in jail. The officer let Stanley off with just a warning, as he rubbed his goody two shoes record in Lisa’s face. All he could concentrate on was getting Lisa out of that dress and into the jacket. Lisa wanted to take things slow, and didn’t appreciate Stanley’s pushiness and escalating anger when she didn’t just give in to his advances, tempting as it may have been. The two begin to argue, and eventually she left the house with Stanley throwing her tall kitchen bag full of belongings on the porch, while making fun of her for not having a car. It looks like these two are done, again (which is so confusing, because it seems that they’re going to be featured on “Life After Lockup”. How is that even possible?!) Can’t wait to see what Lisa’s hair looks like next week!
Anissa & Jeff:
Anissa made her second trip to the halfway house, hoping to retrieve Tony Part 2, aka Jeff. They had an emotional embrace before speeding off to “roll around and talk”. On the drive home, Anissa brought up some wedding details, while Jeff let her know that it was up to the parole officer to decide if she was having daisies or sunflowers (she should just do whatever Angela and Tony did since they’re basically recreating their relationship). Once he arrived at his new home, Jeff was over the moon to find a well stocked fridge (though it was lacking in the bologna department…).
The next morning the couple woke up together, happy and more in love than ever. Jeff admitted to the cameras that he was still in touch with his 5 girlfriends from prison, one of which was currently contacting him while he was eating breakfast, al fresco. Anissa’s friend Kyle joined them for breakfast, and opened up about his own stint in the big house (though he was virtually unrecognizable…he seemed to have been the only inmate who enjoyed the prison grool). He tried to let Jeff know how lucky he is to have Anissa and a nice, safe place to come home to. Of course Jeff is skeptical about Kyle and Anissa’s relationship, but he has a secret that he wants to confide in him. Until next week!
(p.s…… I love that Jeff has to have subtitles when he’s speaking English.)
Britney & Ray:
Britney was nervous that Ray’s grandmother was going to try and snatch him up from the halfway house. As luck would have it, Ray decided to come home with Britney instead (probably because her shirt said something about “snacks” and he figured she’d have some waiting for him..who doesn’t love snacks?!). After giving Ray the grand tour of his new household, the two sat down for their first meal together before heading off to the bedroom to get better acquainted. Britney was slightly disappointed with Ray’s low key hands off approach at first, but was glad he seemed to rally after being fed. Wake me up when someone’s got a straightjacket in the basement.
Courtney & Josh:
Josh had planted himself on the couch with his video games, so Courtney decided to be productive and go wedding dress shopping. She found a small shop with an elderly bridal attendant that loved the color dark purple. Though I’m sure this woman has been around since the Great Depression and has heard everything, she was probably somewhat intrigued by hearing Courtney and Josh’s “how we met” story. Courntey’s cousin met up with her to help choose a dress, as they discussed some pre marital problems she and Josh had been having. It seems that the video games have been too taxing on Josh’s libido, which was really affecting Courtney’s self esteem. Maybe it was the pickle costume….
